Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the uk using Royal Mail services. 

Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to coronavirus. once you've received your dispatch email your order is with royal mail and we no longer have control over how long they take to deliver. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but unfortunately the situation is out of our hands.

Please allow 1-3 working days for orders to be processed & up to 14 working days for delivery (UK) and up to 30 working days (international). These timings are longer than usual due to the impact coronavirus has had. 

Please ensure you enter the correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as we cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details.
